Technology Project Collaboration with the Industry

According to the regulations of MOEA Plan Management,the technology collaboration consists of the following three methods:

Collaborative research

ICL and the factory work together to develop the related technology of the technology project; meanwhile, the factory requires providing 0% of the project fee.

Preceding participation

The factory can participate the preceding research, promise to carry on the achievements of the developed technology project, and submit the license fee for the achievements of the technology.

Research transfer

ICL transfers part of the project to the entrusted factors.

Technology transfer

The transfer of the achievements of the technology project is according to the regulations of technology project management of MOEA. Please refer to the regulations of technology project of the department of industrial technology of MOEA for the main contents of the collaborative technology contract.

Patent license

The patents, which are belonged to the government or developed by ICL, can be used to produce, sell, or import the related production on the agreement of ICL.

Entrust development/collaborative development

The factory, which entrusts the specific engineering technology or production technology to ICL provides the entire fee.

Production sale/industry services

ICL popularizes the self-developed IC and software production, or provides the technique services to the local industry and others organizations. The services involve various testing, trainings, seminars, identification, industrial researches, planning consultant and etc.
